Your data kept private and portable, exactly as our Privacy Policy describes.
Clear notice in-app before any meaningful change to these terms or your plan.
Cancellation in a single tap, with your history intact and exportable.
what we ask of you —
Use zMotif for your own life and wellbeing — not to harm, harass, or surveil anyone else.
Don't break the app: no scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the service or its AI.
Be honest about your age — zMotif is for users 16 and older.
Remember zMotif is a reflective tool, not a medical or crisis service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zMotif, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

zMotif is a life pattern intelligence application that helps users discover behavioral patterns through journaling, check-ins, and data analysis. The service includes both free and premium tiers.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use zMotif
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • One person per account — shared accounts are not permitted

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application

  • Upload malicious content or code

All content, features, and functionality of zMotif are owned by Tenolife and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are available via monthly subscription
  • Payments are processed through your app store account
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled according to your app store's refund policy

zMotif provides insights and suggestions based on your data and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
